  • CONTACT FORM.

Purpose: To provide a means for you to contact us and for us to respond to your requests for information and to send you communications about our products, services and business, including by electronic means, when you mark the acceptance box.

Legal Basis: The data subject’s consent when requesting information through our contact form and by marking the box to accept the sending of information.

Retention: Until the request submitted by you through our contact form is resolved or answered by email, provided the request has not generated further processing. If you have accepted receipt of commercial mailings, until you make an unsubscribe request.

  • SENDING OF EMAILS.

Purpose: To answer your requests for information, respond to your requests and answer your questions or clarify any issues.

Legal Basis: The data subject’s consent when requesting information from us through our email address.

Retention: Until your request has been answered by email, provided it has not generated further processing.

  • SENDING A CURRICULUM VITAE BY EMAIL.

Purpose: To have your CV for purposes of participation in our staff recruitment processes.

Legal Basis: The data subject’s consent when sending us their personal information and CV for our staff recruitment processes..

Retention: While the relevant recruitment processes are ongoing and for 1 year afterwards for subsequent processes.

  • NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

Purpose: Sending our commercial newsletter and informational and advertising communications about our products or services that may be of interest to you, including by electronic means.

Legal Basis: The data subject’s consent by subscribing to our commercial communications and/or newsletters.

Retention: Until the data subject revokes consent and requests cessation of the service.

Obligation to provide your personal data to us and consequences of not doing so.
